Kawaljit (KJ) S. Sikka is an Accountant, Enrolled Agent, Registered Tax Return Preparer, and Certified Senior Advisor. He received his “Master of Science in Taxation” from William Howard Taft University and “Bachelor of Science in Accounting” from West Chester University, Pennsylvania, and has over 27 years of experience in the tax and accounting field.

KJ Sikka is a federally authorized tax practitioner with technical expertise in taxation. As an “EA,” KJ Sikka can represent the taxpayers for audits, collections, and appeals before all Internal Revenue Service administrative levels.

He is a Registered Tax Return Preparer “RTRP” who has prepared and filed tax returns for Individuals, Businesses, and Partnerships for over 27 years.

He holds a “CSA” designation and works with seniors on various issues related to aging, such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and Tax Planning.

He has also completed a three-year program in “Representation and Practice before the Internal Revenue Service” and was recognized as a “Fellow” of the National Tax Practice Institute.

Sukhwinder Kaur has joined Sikka & Associates as a book keeping consultant since 2012. She was very excited to get an opportunity to work for and with us in the field she really passionate about which is accounting.

Her duties include gathering client’s information, analyzing data, bookkeeping and assisting our tax consultants in organizing the work process, coordinating the production of information materials, and routine correspondence.

Sukhwinder consistently performs at best of her ability and always willing to learn more.

Harjit Kaur joined Sikka and Associates in January 2022. She received her Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, and Bachelor of Education from Punjabi University Patiala.

Her responsibilities include forming a new company, dissolving it, obtaining required licenses, coordinating and regularly correspondence with clients regarding bookkeeping, analyzing data, assisting in the preparation of tax returns, and filing sales tax returns.

She is a result-driven individual with an aptitude to learn, the ability to collaborate, a focus on details, and the willingness to go outside her comfort zone to learn new skill sets. More than anything, she is passionate about accounting and finance.

Thanam Baba graduated from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. Prior to joining Sikka & Associates, she has worked as a translator in the Department of Education and Department of South Asia Studies, UPenn, and a math tutor at Aloha Mind Math.

Thanam’s role is to offer best advices, and has ability to help other bookkeeping consultants in drafting financial reports. She works closely with clients and assists the firm in collecting, analyzing, and preparing financial statements

Thanam enjoys reading and gardening in her free time.

Vrajesh Shah graduated from Sardar Patel University in 1998. With 24 years of extensive experience, he is a highly reputed accountant known for his expertise in preparing accounts for search and seized cases, company accounts, tax returns, internal audits, annual accounts, and comprehensive bookkeeping for a diverse clientele.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to accurately and effectively present financial data and information to stakeholders at all levels. He excels under pressure, focusing on detail and ensuring precision in all his work. His collaboration with various Chartered Accountants has further solidified his reputation as a dependable and proficient professional.

Anil Joshi is an experienced accountant with over 15 years of diverse experience in the field. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Sardar Patel University in 2005, and he brings abundant knowledge and expertise to the table. His extensive background includes working in various global countries, enriching his understanding of international accounting practices.

He possesses strong skills in financial management and international accounting standards. With professional experience in multinational companies across various countries, Joshi has developed a robust expertise in global accounting standards and practices.

Her current area of practice includes bookkeeping, preparation of multi state payroll and sales tax returns and assisting clients with start up support. In addition to assisting our firm with preparation of business and individual tax returns for our clients.

Brinder has extensive experience in the accounting field, having worked as a Senior Staff Accountant for the past eight years. During this time, Brinder has specialized in accounting, payroll, and US taxation.

Brinder completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Panjab University in 2013 and earned her Master of Commerce from the same institution in 2015.
