Before joining Sikka & Associates, Harsimran worked for one year at Cogneesol Pvt. Ltd. as a Data Operator, where she gained practical experience handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
This hands-on exposure strengthened her understanding of transaction workflows, documentation, and accuracy-driven financial operations.
Harsimran completed her Master of Arts in 2024 and her Bachelor of Arts in 2020 from Panjab University. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning, she continues to grow her skills and supports the team with consistency, discipline, and professionalism.
