We also believe it is not a violation of US Treasury Circular 230 for Enrolled Agents to prepare income tax-based financial statements when they are considered under the category of Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting (OCBOA), and they are prepared based on the compilation level of service with no expression of professional opinion given.

Most small businesses do not require audited financial statements but in-case they need it we can still help. Since our services are limited to accounting and ever changing world of taxation, we can help our clients who need Attest Services which includes Internal Audit, Reviewed Financial statements and/or Compilation statements by referring them to our affiliated firm.
